Marin Promoted to Account Executive

ONTARIO, California, February 5, 2003 -- ULTIMATE Internet Access, Inc. (UIA) announced that Steve Marin has been promoted to Account Executive. In his new role Mr. Marin will be responsible for Internet sales to businesses in the Southern California region.

A native Californian with ten years sales experience, a passion for computers, and recent experience in the technical support arena, Mr. Marin, his wife and three children reside in Ontario.
