ULTIMATE Internet Access Acquires DSL Customers

ONTARIO, California, July 30, 2003 -- ULTIMATE Internet Access, Inc. (UIA) announced that it has acquired the DSL and Web Hosting business assets of InterNetwork Designs, Inc. of Monrovia, California, effective July 29, 2003. UIA continues to be the largest Internet Service Provider in the region, with over 10,000 customers. This is the tenth acquisition for UIA since 1998. UIA's first acquisition was CYBERG8T, in May 1998. In July 1999, UIA acquired Enterprise for Economic Excellence of San Bernardino and Genesis of Riverside was acquired in October, 1999. Aviastar, Mountain States Communications, Empirenet, and Comstock Net were acquired in 2000, and WorldMarket and GT Conex were acquired in 2001.
