ULTIMATE Internet Access, Inc.

CLAREMONT, California, October 1, 1999 -- ULTIMATE Internet Access, Inc. (UIA) announced that it has completed the purchase of Genesis Network, LLC (Genesis), effective Friday, October 1, 1999. The deal marks the third significant acquisition by UIA of another ISP in the Inland Empire. UIA continues to be the fastest growing Internet Service Provider in the region. In July, UIA acquired Enterprise for Economic Excellence, a full service Internet Service Provider located in San Bernardino.

Ray Mouton, President of UIA, said: "We continue to expand within the region and are happy to be able to provide high quality Internet service to the former Genesis customers. The new customers have the advantage of expanded technical support coverage of 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., seven days per week, DSL and ISDN connectivity, and a variety of business services formerly unavailable."

According to Todd Key, Managing Director of Genesis, UIA was selected because of their commitment to a high level of customer service and network expertise. "UIA has a great reputation for customer service," said Key. The Genesis office, located in Riverside, will be closed and all activities relocated to the UIA facilities.
