Internet Access Acquires
Aviastar Communications Internet Customer Base

CLAREMONT,
California, February 1, 2000 -- ULTIMATE Internet Access,
Inc. (UIA) announced that it has completed the purchase of
Aviastar Communications, Inc. customer base effective Tuesday,
February 1, 2000. This deal marks the fourth acquisition by
UIA of another ISP in the Inland Empire. UIA continues to
be the fastest growing Internet Service Provider in the region.
In July, 1999, UIA acquired Enterprise for Economic Excellence,
a full service Internet Service Provider located in San Bernardino
and in October, UIA acquired Genesis Network, LLC

President of UIA, said: "Our business expansion continues
with this most recent acquisition. UIA is looking forward
to providing high quality Internet service to the former Aviastar
customers. The new customers have the advantage of expanded
technical support coverage of 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., seven days
per week, DSL, and a variety of business services formerly
unavailable."
Paul Belmudes,
President of Aviastar Communications said, "We are confident
that all of the Aviastar customers will receive superior service
under UIA's direction. UIA has a great method of moving our
customers to their systems with no impact on their service."
All Internet activities will be relocated to the UIA facilities
in Claremont. Aviastar Communications, Inc., located in Chino
will now concentrate on real estate database web development
with their RealOffice service.
