‡ $249 for the first server, each additional server: $149. Our technical department will walk you through the setup process and notification settings. UIA monitors your backup overnight and will call you if there are any problems.
A local USB drive is required for a quick restore of a total server failure. USB drives of 2 TB (Terabytes) or greater are inexpensive and can be purchased almost anywhere.
If you need help in restoring individual files we have a technical staff that can log into your server remotely and assist. Our price is $100 per hour and is billed in 15 minute increments.
